Orders and delivery
Can I choose delivery options?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll be able to manage delivery preferences such as safe place delivery, redelivery, or delivering to a neighbour.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes. Next working day delivery is available. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your order before early afternoon.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes. Saturday delivery is available.
Can I send a gift box directly to someone else?
Yes. Simply provide the recipient’s address, and we’ll deliver it directly to them.
Tracking
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its progress.
Can I change delivery details after dispatch?
Yes. Delivery preferences can be updated using the tracking link provided.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
Delivery will be attempted more than once. If unsuccessful, your order will be held for collection before being returned after some days.
Personalisation
Can I include a personalised message?
Yes. You can add a custom message of up to 300 characters, which will be included inside your gift box.
Do you provide a selection of cards I can choose from?
Yes. You can choose from a selection of ready-made cards or opt for a personal message.
Can I choose different message styles?
Yes. We offer a range of styles including birthday, thank you, and more.
Products and hampers
Can I customise what goes inside a gift box?
Some items can be adjusted or swapped depending on availability. For specific requests, please contact us before ordering.
Are the boxes exactly as shown?
Yes. If any changes are required, you will be notified before dispatch.
Do you restock sold-out gift boxes?
Yes. All collections are regularly restocked.
Returns and issues
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please report this within 24 hours and provide photo evidence.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, provided items are returned in their original, unused condition. Refunds are processed within 7 working days. Please note: personalised items, hygiene products, and consumables cannot be returned.
What if I receive the wrong item?
You are entitled to a replacement or refund, and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
