We aim to make delivery simple, reliable, and easy to understand.
Processing & Dispatch Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Options
We currently ship all orders using Royal Mail.
Available delivery options may include:

Available for orders placed before early afternoon
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.
Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
This allows you to:
- Track your parcel
- Update delivery preferences
- Arrange redelivery or collection
Delivery Instructions
You may be able to provide delivery preferences directly with the courier, such as:
- Safe place delivery
- Delivery to a neighbour
- Redelivery options
Please note that once a parcel is marked as delivered in accordance with your selected preferences, responsibility for the parcel passes to the recipient.
Missed Deliveries
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:
- The courier will attempt redelivery, or
- The parcel may be taken to a local depot or collection point
Further instructions will be provided via your tracking link.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High demand periods (e.g. holidays)
- Courier disruptions
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
Under UK consumer law, orders must be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed .
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
We will:
- Investigate with the courier
- Arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate
Please note that parcels are not considered lost until a reasonable period has passed in line with courier policies.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Responsibility for Delivery
Under UK law, we remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you or a safe place agreed by you .
